CellSprings is a mobile wellness and longevity startup focused on providing premium IV treatment services directly to clients in Malibu, California. As an advisor and interim CTO, I developed the comprehensive business plan that outlined the market opportunity, competitive landscape, and operational strategy for mobile wellness services in the luxury market.

I created detailed financial models projecting revenue streams, operational costs, and growth trajectories for the mobile IV therapy business. The financial planning included equipment costs, staffing requirements, regulatory compliance expenses, and scalability projections for expanding to additional high-end markets across California.

Additionally, I designed the complete branding strategy and visual identity for CellSprings, establishing a premium brand presence that resonates with health-conscious clients in Malibu. As a minority owner, I continue to provide strategic technology guidance and business development support to help scale the operation and enhance service delivery capabilities.
